Requests for refunds or cancellation must be made in writing and
will be
disbursed in the following manner:
• On or before July 31, 2009, full refund.
• After July 31, 2009 and before August 3, 2009, 50% refund.
• On or after August 3, 2009, and no-shows, no refund.
