Note: Refund/Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds or cancellation must be made in writing and will be
disbursed in the following manner:

On or before September 16, 2011, full refund.
•
After September 16, 2011 and before September 30, 2011, 50% refund.
•
On or after September 30, 2011, and no-shows, no refund.
