The National Study Committee established four objectives
for this research project:
• To gather data on all factors impacting
the labour force of the Insulator industry
across Canada.
• To develop a clear picture of the current Insulator
industry.
• To forecast the future industry supply and demand
with respect to labour force needs.
• To provide recommendations to assist
the industry in planning for its current and future human resource
needs.
